Choices

This is a favourite topic of mine because life is full of choices, and to refer back to my post on Regrets, I don't believe there are any bad decisions because there is always opportunity to learn from what I would consider to be a mistake...if I choose to.  Therein lies another choice.....do I choose, upon reflection, to learn from the situation or do I choose to bemoan the outcome of my findings?  As an adult, I may feel like I don't have a choice, but the truth is, I ALWAYS have a choice.  I just may not like the choice or choices available, but there is always an option.  I think making a pros and cons list is a good way to go about coming to a conclusion.  One can never know for sure the outcome but nothing ventured, nothing gained!!

Speaking of choices, have you seen the advertisement for Dry Feb? Dry Feb is a fundraiser that challenges you to go alcohol-free in February, and raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. It helps you get healthy while also raising funds to make a difference for Canadians affected by cancer.

Does one month off alcohol sound too big of a challenge? Choose to participate for the whole month, 21 days, 14 days, or customize a timeframe that works for you. (copied directly from the website  https://www.dryfeb.ca/)

So, for those of you who are drinkers, there's a challenge for you that has several options should you choose to pick up the gauntlet.
